Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of IT support experience.
• Experience with basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and equipment.
• Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors.
• Install, set up, and maintain Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide customer-focused support to end users.
• Support walkup IT desks or kiosks when required.
• Provide smart hands support for servers and network devices.
• Assist with cabling, patching, and basic rack activities.
• Manage assets and CMDB records; handle ITSM tickets.
