Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise deskside/field support.
• Level 2 Windows deskside support experience.
• Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD.
• Strong onsite customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to document work accurately.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMACD tasks
• Provide break/fix support
• Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints
• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
