Job summary
CompuCom Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Deskside/Desktop Support Specialist to perform IMACD tasks, imaging, deployment and break/fix support. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, end-user assistance, and meticulous ITSM/asset record keeping.
The position requires strong customer service, independence in client-facing settings, and collaborative teamwork to resolve escalations. W2 employment with comprehensive benefits and local market compensation is offered.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise deskside/field support experience.
- Hands-on Windows deskside support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD.
- Strong onsite customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
- Ability to document work accurately.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform IMACD tasks
- Provide break/fix support
- Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints
- Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
- Support asset handling
- Perform ticket updates
- Provide end-user support
- Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests
- Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records
- Assist to coordinate escalations
