Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the China Lake IPT in Ridgecrest, CA. The role focuses on triaging service calls, walk-ins, emails, and tickets, while supporting VTC systems and cybersecurity compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or an AA/AS with years of experience, must obtain a Secret clearance, and be onsite. Responsibilities include account management, patching, and cross-team collaboration to uphold DoD standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• High school diploma/GED plus 10 years of work experience, or AA/AS/Technical school plus 4 years of work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Onsite work; not remote.
• DoD 8140-compliant security certifications (e.g., Security+).
• Willing to work after hours/weekends for patching and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, customers, and guests within the IPT.
• Support all VTC systems used throughout the IPT.
• Coordinate cybersecurity requirements and controls.
• Perform junior system administrator tasks like account creation and desktop troubleshooting.
• Support organizational projects and services.
• Coordinate with IT management, stakeholders, and teams.
• Work as part of cross-functional teams to achieve IPT mission.
• Identify and manage IT/Cybersecurity services and documentation.
