Job summary

New Directions Technologies, Inc. seeks an IT Support Analyst to join the F/ A-18 & EA-18G Integrated Product Team at China Lake, CA. The role triages and prioritizes service calls, walk-ins, emails, help desk tickets, and Change Requests, delivering technical support to IPT end users.

You will support VTC systems, assist with cybersecurity controls, and perform junior system administration tasks. Onsite work and collaboration with IT management are required; DoD security clearance eligibility

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize service requests from end users, walk-ins, emails, and tickets.
• Support VTC systems across the IPT.

• Perform junior system administration tasks (accounts, permissions, deployments).
• Coordinate activities with IT management and stakeholders.
• Work onsite with cross-functional teams to support mission objectives.
