Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site at China Lake. You will provide direct desk-side IT support, troubleshoot and repair devices, and help resolve tickets under SLAs.

Qualified candidates hold US citizenship, DoD Secret clearance, a HS diploma with 4+ years experience, and Security+ or higher certification. This on-site role requires physical ability and a valid license to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• DoD Secret Clearance.
• HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher.
• Experience in IT Enterprise Operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist junior technicians in resolving complex issues.
• Manage the resolution of customer tickets according to established SLRs.
• Serve as backup to the Site Operations Lead.
