Job summary

Leidos seeks a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site at China Lake as a core member of the Field Services team. You will provide direct desk-side support to the customer and troubleshoot IT devices.

The role requires US citizenship, DoD Secret Clearance, a HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ or higher). Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• HS diploma plus 4+ years of relevant experience (additional education/certifications may substitute).
• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT enterprise operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist junior technicians in resolving complex issues.
• Manage resolution of customer tickets per SLAs.
• Serve as backup to the Site Operations Lead.
