Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking an on-site IT support professional to provide end-user assistance, maintain VTC systems, and implement cybersecurity controls within the IPT. The role requires DoD 8140-aligned certifications and a Secret clearance, with after-hours support as needed.

The candidate will perform junior system administrator tasks, manage accounts and deployments, and coordinate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to sustain mission-critical IT/C services and documentation.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Secret security clearance with a T5 investigation is required.
• On-site work; this position is not remote.
• Windows OS proficiency and cybersecurity certs (Security+ or equivalent).
• Willingness to work after hours/weekends for patching and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, customers, and guests within the IPT.
• Support VTC systems used throughout the IPT.
• Implement and comply with cybersecurity requirements and controls.
• Perform junior-level system administrator tasks: accounts, file shares, permissions, deployments, IT assets.
• Provide technical and implementation support for organizational projects and services.
• Coordinate with IT Management, other technical teams, stakeholders, and business owners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve the IPT’s mission.
• Identify and manage IT/C services, infrastructure components, and documentation.
