Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support a program onsite at Dahlgren, VA. Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.

The role requires two years of DoD IT/Help Desk experience, active Secret Clearance, and IAT I certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA or equivalent). You will support networking, security, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related DoD IT/Help Desk experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• IAT I Certification: A+, Network+, SSCP, CND, OR CCNA.
• Ability to work onsite at Dahlgren, VA with potential schedule flexibility.
• Strong network and cybersecurity fundamentals.
