Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract Support Analyst to provide on-site and remote end-user support for a Walnut, CA warehouse. You will manage PCs, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and conference room tech, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

The role requires independent work, documentation, and strong technical knowledge across Windows, MDM, imaging, and AD, with travel up to 25% to manufacturing plants as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in end user support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
• Experience with printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with conference room tech and video conferencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
• Support conference room equipment, including video conferencing systems and displays.
• Perform device setup and deployments for new employees and refresh cycles.
• Assist end users with software installations and updates; remote and on-site support.
• Document activities, maintain inventory, and generate support performance reports.
