Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking a Contract On-site Support Analyst for a Walnut, CA warehouse to provide end-user device support and peripherals for a 40-50 employee operation.
You will install, configure and maintain printers, scanners, and conference room equipment, while delivering on-site and remote assistance, documenting activity and training users, with up to 25% travel to manufacturing plants.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of end user support, help desk, or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and iOS/Android MDM.
- Experience with printer and scanner installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with conference room tech (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Proficient with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices and peripherals.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
- Support conference room equipment including video and audio systems.
- Deploy and refresh devices for new employees and equipment updates.
- Assist users with software installations and updates.
- Document support activity and maintain device inventory.
- Generate reports on support metrics and device performance.
- Train end users on device usage and best practices.
