Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide dedicated on-site technical support for a local warehouse environment in Walnut, CA. You will support ~60 thin clients, 100 handheld scanners, printers, and conferencing tech for 40–50 employees, with occasional travel to manufacturing plants.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in end-user support, strong Windows OS knowledge, and experience with imaging, deployment, and ticketing systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in End User Support or similar
- Strong Windows OS knowledge and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Printer and scanner installation, config, maintenance
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical support for end‑user devices and peripherals
- Set up, image, configure, deploy, and refresh for new hires and staff
- Support Windows environments and mobile OS platforms (iOS/Android)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve promptly
- Diagnose and replace hardware in PCs, scanners, printers, and handheld devices
- Coordinate hardware replacements, upgrades, and repairs
- Maintain device performance and proactive issue management
- Support conference room tech and video conferencing systems
- Troubleshoot Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.
- Assist with device enrollment, security, app management
- Manage incidents via remote tools and ticketing systems
- Escalate complex issues while owning resolution
- Build strong relationships with warehouse staff and stakeholders
