Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an on-site Field Services IT professional to support 14034 Enterprise Corporate operations in NC. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years in a complex IT environment. You will install software, manage hardware usage, and work across projects with site leadership to align IT with business needs.

The position is 100% onsite with after-hours on-call rotation, 8-5, 40 hours per week, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related IT field.
3 years of experience in a complex IT operating/support environment.
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
Preferred background in Healthcare, Customer Service or Technology.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with Advocate Health IT standards.
Perform software installation using Advocate Health processes and tools.
Proactively review hardware usage and manage device removal per ITAM.
Operate as a local field resource across multiple projects and sites.
Communicate with project management and leadership on risks and updates.
Support Field Services Strategic Initiatives aligned with goals.
Build relationships with Site Leadership and stakeholders to boost IT-business collaboration.
