Atrium Health is seeking an IT Field Services Technician for a 100% onsite role based in Charlotte, NC. The position supports clinical and business applications, endpoint devices, and hardware configurations.

It requires after-hours on-call rotation and a 40-hour workweek. You will participate in change control, deploy software, monitor hardware usage, and coordinate with site leadership to improve IT efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex IT operating/support environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with Advocate Health IT standards and participate in change control.
• Perform software installation using Advocate Health processes and tools.
• Proactively ensure efficient utilization of IT resources through regular reviews and ITAM processes.
• Operate as a local field resource across multiple projects and communicate risks to management.
• Build relationships with Site Leadership to improve IT/business collaboration.
