Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time IT Field Services professional for a 100% onsite role in Charlotte, NC. The position includes after-hours on-call rotation and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of IT operations experience.

You will install software, monitor hardware usage, manage device inventory, and support multiple projects while adhering to IT policies. Travel to Advocate Health locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex IT operating/support environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills, with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Advocate Health IT standards and participate in change control for environment, operations, and configuration changes.
• Perform software installation using Advocate Health processes and tools.
• Proactively review hardware usage and manage device removal per ITAM processes.
• Serve as a local field resource across multiple projects, communicating risks and updates to management.
• Build relationships with Site Leadership and represent IT on enterprise committees and cross-functional initiatives.
