Job summary

ATS Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT Client Support Technician to provide high-touch support for executives, employees, and visitors. You will own the Charlotte onsite experience and collaborate with the Cambridge and India teams on remote support and ITSM initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in desktop/onsite IT support, strong Windows/macOS troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 expertise, with certifications preferred. This is a full-time on-site position based in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in desktop, client, field or onsite IT support, including direct support for senior leaders or executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-specific IT support to CEO and senior leaders, coordinating with specialist teams and vendors.
• Own incidents from initial contact through resolution and communicate timelines clearly.
• Prepare executive devices and meeting environments ahead of leadership sessions and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive meetings and schedules.
• Serve as primary onsite IT contact for Charlotte employees, guests, and stakeholders during business hours.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, identity, connectivity, printing, and mobile-device issues across Windows and macOS.
• Support onboarding, transfers and offboarding; manage inventory and asset assignments.
• Coordinate planning for leadership meetings, visitors, and events with Facilities and stakeholders.
