Job summary

Intratek Computer, Inc. seeks an IT Desktop Support specialist for onsite support in Charlotte, NC. The role includes providing Level II IT support for PC refresh, imaging, hardware rollouts, and deployments under the on-site Service Desk Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; A+ or MCP preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office Suite, and common business apps.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a government-level background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II IT support for on-site Service Desk projects.
• Handle PC imaging, reimaging, hardware rollouts and migrations.
• Assist with hardware upgrades, relocations and desk moves.
• Maintain communication with the Service Desk Manager and project leads.
