Job summary

Leidos seeks an early-career Service Desk Technician to support USCENTCOM CITS at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. You will provide on-site IT support for computer systems, software, and hardware, handling inquiries in person, by phone, or email while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, and desktop peripherals, documenting incidents in the ticketing system, and collaborating with admins and engineers

Qualifications

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software and hardware.
• US Citizenship is required and DoD security clearances apply.
• Experience in help desk operations at Tier 1/2/3 levels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person or by phone, email, IM, and voicemail.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; deliver deskside support.
• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of desktops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and collaboration tools.
• Document incidents and requests in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Interact with system administrators and network technicians to diagnose problems.
• Ensure prompt, courteous customer service and issue resolution.
• Serve as a resource for user questions about hardware and software.
