Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Perform device deployments, workstation setups, and hardware onboarding processes.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and assist users with account management.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and support MFA issues.
