Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or equivalent technical customer service role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS and core Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Hands-on familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, customer-focused technical support to onsite employees in person, by phone, and through the ticketing system.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 11 laptops/desktops and peripherals; support Windows 10 devices under AOI procedures.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and guide users through solutions.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including password resets and access issues.
• Handle support tickets from intake to resolution or escalation; document steps and communicate with users.
