Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking an Onsite Tech Support Manager to lead a multi-region team of IT professionals across offices. You will set priorities, standards and procedures, and deliver technology solutions to improve operations while aligning with policy.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and ongoing process improvements. Expect travel to local sites and non-standard hours as needed, with compensation discussed at offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience and 3 years IT management experience.
• Experience managing an IT operations team and budget.
• Experience implementing ITIL practices.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, analyze and respond to critical events.
• Manage crises with analysts from multiple teams.
• Escalation point for IT and business issues.
• Oversee regional Onsite Tech Support operations and schedules.
• Monitor and improve service levels and customer expectations.
• Prepare performance evaluations and analyze key metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors to fill positions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet time and budget.
• Communicate status to IT management and business staff.
• Travel locally between sites as required.
