Publicis Re:Sources is hiring an Onsite Tech Support - Manager to oversee a multi-region team of tech support staff, leads, and interns. You will set technical priorities, ensure policy adherence, and deliver technology solutions to improve operations across the Groupe agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS, at least 6 years IT experience, and 3 years in IT management with budget oversight. Local travel and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years IT management experience.
• Experience managing IT budgets.
• Experience implementing ITIL best practices.
• Experience coordinating with sponsors and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, analyze and respond to critical events.
• Manage crises requiring analysts from multiple teams to resolve.
• Serve as escalation point for IT and business issues.
• Manage monitoring and resolution of on-site AV issues and equipment.
• Ensure team project deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Develop long range strategy plans for technology and systems.
• Communicate team status to IT management and business area staff.
• Maintain relationships with business contacts and manage change controls.
• Gather knowledge of technology changes through training and evaluations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and be available after hours; local travel to sites.
