Publicis Groupe seeks an Onsite Tech Support - Manager to lead a multi-region IT support team. You will set priorities, establish standards, and deliver technology solutions to improve operations. You will partner with agency stakeholders and senior management to drive impactful IT initiatives.

Role requires 6+ years IT experience and 3+ years of IT management, with budget oversight and ITIL expertise. Local travel and after-hours support may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years IT management experience.
• Experience leading an IT operations team.
• Experience managing IT budgets.
• Experience implementing ITIL practices.
• Experience coordinating projects with business sponsors and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and resolve critical IT issues across multiple teams.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate team members; manage capacity and training.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of projects.
• Provide technical strategy and guidance to the business and Re:Sources.
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify process improvements for the team and business.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and be available after hours.
• Travel locally and potentially to other sites.
