Qualifications

• 1+ year in desktop support, end user computing, or IT support.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide level one to level two technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Work onsite following established operating models and processes.
• Diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, OS, networks, and applications.
• Aim to become a subject matter expert in the supported environment.
• Participate in team discussions and share insights to improve support.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to preventive measures.
