Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for 100% onsite work in San Diego, CA. You will provide level 1–2 support for infrastructure, systems, and applications, diagnostics, and effective resolutions, adhering to established processes.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, remain proactive in issue management, and develop SME-level understanding of infrastructure components to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of desktop or IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with VDI platforms and ITSM tools.
• Strong hardware, OS, and app issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1–2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and apps in production and development.
• Onsite role following established operating models and processes.
• Interface with users to diagnose issues and deliver resolutions across infra, OS, networks, and apps.
