Qualifications

• Six years of IT support experience.
• At least one year as primary client liaison.
• At least one year leading day-to-day delivery for a team.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead field services delivery and coordinate KT activities.
• Serve as operational liaison with the client and provide delivery oversight.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and workplace equipment.
• Install and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide friendly customer-focused end-user support at desks or kiosks.
• Maintain asset records and CMDB; assist with datacenter tasks and backups.
