Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to provide level 1–2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications onsite in San Diego, CA. You will diagnose issues, deliver resolutions, and act as a subject matter expert while collaborating with a diverse team.

Qualifications

1+ year in desktop support, end user computing, or IT support roles.
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and enterprise apps.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).

Responsibilities

Provide level 1–2 technical support for infrastructure, systems and apps.
Work onsite following established operating models and processes.
Diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infra, OS, networks and apps.
Be a SME and contribute to problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Identify recurring issues and help develop preventive measures.
