Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience with at least 3 years in Production Support.
• Expert in JCL, COBOL, SQL, DB2, Eazytrieve and batch job failures.
• Associate Degree.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the technology platform.
• Production support activities including incident management, releases, and monitoring.
• Identify production failure scenarios and create incident or problem tickets.
• Improve policies and procedures following best practices.
• Take ownership of escalations and perform troubleshooting and analysis.
• Work onsite 3 days per week in NYC, Jersey City or Pennington, NJ.
