Ayres Associates seeks a Senior Computer Technician (On-Site) to deliver primary in-person technology support for the Tampa and Melbourne offices and to act as a senior escalation resource for the Helpdesk team.

The role requires five or more years of IT support experience, strong Microsoft 365/Intune/Entra ID know-how, AI tool experience, and the ability to guide technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive IT support experience in a multi-location environment.
• Experience resolving Level 3 incidents and mentoring other technicians.
• Knowledge of MDM/MAM platforms and policies is required.
• Experience with AI tools in IT support and security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on on-premises and remote devices.
• Provide guidance to users, clients and partners per IT policies.
• Lead advanced technology projects and document procedures.
• Serve as senior escalation resource and coach Helpdesk staff.
• Maintain software licenses and participate in evaluations.
