ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate to maintain, troubleshoot, and support our IT systems for reliable operations in an onsite role in Ohio.

Responsibilities include researching and implementing strategic Helpdesk solutions, assisting end users, responding to calls and emails, documenting issues, and deploying hardware. The role requires Windows OS expertise and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• At least 1 year of IT support experience.
• Certifications relevant to the position will receive higher consideration.
• Willingness to perform off-hours support and on-call tasks.

Responsibilities

• Researches and implements strategic IT solutions related to Helpdesk support.
• Provides end-user support and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email, and Help Desk requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution.
• Troubleshooting and installation knowledge of Microsoft Client OS, Windows 7/8.1/10/11, Office, and Imaging technologies.
• Deploy hardware as needed. Provide Off-Hour support as needed.
