Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to maintain, install, and troubleshoot company systems for reliable operations onsite.

You will support end users, respond to calls and tickets, document issues, and provide timely resolutions while following safety and company policies. The role requires at least 1 year of experience and an Associate's degree in IT or related area; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in IT or related area, or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; relevant certifications considered higher.
• Experience with Help Desk and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues, documenting progress and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and install hardware and software for Microsoft Windows OS.
• Provide off-hour support as needed, including taking home equipment.
• Deploy hardware as needed.
