Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a dependable Helpdesk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT support in a corporate environment. This fully onsite role requires troubleshooting across Windows and macOS, with strong Microsoft 365 administration and identity management.

On-site, contract-to-hire with potential for full-time placement. You will manage endpoint devices with Intune/Jamf, support network connectivity, conference room tech, and maintain IT documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate help desk, service desk, or IT support in a professional setting.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 apps and licenses.
• Familiarity with AD/Entra ID for user and access management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT requests through ticketing, phone, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.
