Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of technical helpdesk experience.
• Experience with PC, network and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with healthcare applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, prioritize, and escalate service tickets via the ticket system.
• Maintain a professional attitude representing the brand to clients.
• Provide on-site, phone, and remote support to resolve computing problems.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and escalate when necessary.
• Install hardware and software on user premises and configure systems.
• Monitor system logs to identify potential issues.
• Mentor junior help desk staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and travel occasionally.
