Inland Imaging Associates, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Specialist II for an on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ. You will be the first contact for clients, collect details, and prioritize service requests to determine resolution or escalation.

The role requires 2 years of help desk experience, strong knowledge of PC hardware/software, and experience with Microsoft technologies. Saturday–Wednesday, 8am–5pm, on-site, with regional travel possible.

Formación

• Two years of related help desk experience; healthcareIT preferred.
• Experience with PC, Network and Microsoft technology.
• Knowledge of PC hardware/software engineering.
• Experience with server administration/monitoring/software.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, prioritize, and escalate service tickets via the ticket system.
• Provide on-site, phone, and remote support to resolve computing problems.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and escalate difficult situations.
• Maintain professional communication reflecting the brand.
• Install hardware and peripherals at user premises.
• Work with junior staff for training and mentoring.
• Analyze system logs to identify potential issues.
