The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree or equivalent experience, and possess ITIL v4, A+, Network+, Security+, and Cisco certs, with a willingness to learn and grow within a leading hospitality technology team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incidents and service requests via the in-house ticketing system.
• Respond to technical inquiries by phone, log cases, and document details.
• Diagnose issues across software, hardware, printers, POS systems, VOIP, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with team and escalate to System Technician I as needed.
• Maintain network-related issues across sites and engage vendors for outages.
• Advise users on IT best practices and company policies.
• Support System Tech I escalations and provide on-call coverage as needed.
