The successful candidate will participate in incident management, collaborate with teammates, and provide on-call support on a rotating schedule from an in-office environment. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and execute incidents/service requests via in-house ticketing system.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance and log case details.
• Diagnose and document issues with software, hardware, and devices including POS/VOIP.
• Troubleshoot with team and escalate to System Technician I as needed.
• Maintain networking-related issues across sites and liaise with vendors.
• Provide on-call support for clients on rotating schedule.
