Job summary

evolvedMD in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician I to be the first point of IT contact for clinicians and staff across five states. You will onboard new hires, provision devices and access, and resolve issues to keep clinicians productive.

The role reports to the CISO within a small team, works in a HIPAA-regulated setting, and requires 4 days in-office with 1 day remote. This newly created position builds an internal service desk alongside a senior engineer and an AI

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of help desk, desktop support or service desk experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 from an end-user perspective.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) fundamentals.
• Comfort with Windows 11 troubleshooting and peripherals.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clinician and staff support requests across Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints.
• Own tickets end to end: acknowledge, triage, resolve, document, and close with clear communication.
• Provide on-site support and remote assistance; escalate when needed with context.
• Onboard new hires and manage device provisioning and access.
