Job summary

Inland Imaging Associates, LLC seeks a Help Desk Specialist I - Clinical Applications for a fully remote, 40-hour work week. You will serve as the first contact for clients, collect details, prioritize requests, and determine escalation paths to resolve radiology software issues and workstation problems.

The role requires a year of technical helpdesk experience, familiarity with PACS/Voice Recognition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with strong organizational skills

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• One year experience in technical helpdesk.
• Experience with workstation, network and cloud technology.
• Knowledge of workstation hardware & software support.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support in clinical settings as needed.
• Follow security guidelines and protect patient data.
• Maintain technical documentation for support and analysis.
• Prioritize and escalate tickets via the system.
• Configure radiology software packages (PACS, Voice Recognition).
• Resolve workstation issues related to OS, hardware, and software interdependencies.
