Summit Healthcare is seeking a Computer Technician II for an on-site role in Show Low, AZ. The technician will install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals, manage IT help desk tickets, and support users with hardware, software, and network devices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced technical computer skills.
• CompTIA A+ certification (within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Identifies computer problems and determines root cause.
• Manages IT Help Desk tickets and documents work.
• Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Maintains parts inventory and logs service activity.
• Performs system setups for new hires.
• Installs operating systems and software.
• Installs cables and terminates/tests.
• Supports phone equipment, network switches and printers.
• Supports telecom equipment and network security cameras.
• Delivers user training when necessary.
