Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact point for staff IT issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot routine desktop, laptop, mobile, and printer issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff while keeping users informed.
• Process account setups, password resets, and access requests per policy.
• Log, track, and close tickets in the agency's ticketing system.
