Job summary

Mobility Global in Columbia, MO is seeking a Help Desk/IT Support specialist to resolve hardware and software issues and keep users productive. You’ll configure devices, deploy software, and respond to inquiries via phone, ticketing system, chat, and email, while following established processes.

The role requires 1–3 years of help desk experience or relevant IT certifications, strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years help desk experience or IT certifications or an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS and iOS; proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent customer service, communication, time and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and creative solutions to hardware and software issues.
• Configure PCs, laptops, VMs, and mobile devices per processes.
• Install, update, and manage software using internal tech stack.
• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via multiple channels.
• Build, test, and deploy software packages to workstations.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and support policies.
