Qualifications

• 1+ year of field support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and OS365.
• Experience configuring new PCs/notebooks using SCCM imaging.
• Experience with ticket management.
• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client-facing support, including installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment.
• Perform quality checks to verify the operational status of system equipment prior to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Configure new PCs and notebooks using SCCM imaging.
• Manage and update service tickets throughout the support process.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide support for Windows-based systems, software, and end-user devices.
