Job summary

BMWC Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Information Services Field Technician to deliver hands-on technology support across construction sites, regional offices, and remote project locations.

You will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot devices, networks, and Microsoft 365 applications to keep field operations productive. The role requires travel to various sites, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting end-user devices, networks, and mobile tech.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support at jobsites, offices, and remote locations.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot devices (laptops/tablets), printers, and scanners.
• Install and support jobsite networking and wireless connectivity.
• Configure Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Support conference room gear, project trailers, displays, and mobile workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Image, configure, patch, deploy, and redeploy company devices.
• Track inventory and document IT requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain technical docs and provide user training on standards and best practices.
