Massaro Construction Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technology support for employees in the corporate office, remote environments, and active project sites.

You will resolve day-to-day hardware, software, account, connectivity, and application issues while supporting secure, reliable technology operations. Local travel to Massaro offices and job sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of IT support, desktop support, help desk, or field-support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11, MS 365, Google Workspace, user accounts, licensing, MFA.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN; able to document findings and follow through to resolution.
• Strong customer-service and written communication skills; able to explain technical info clearly.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for IT requests; diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues (Windows, M365, Google Workspace, printers, VPN, connectivity).
• Onboard, modify roles, and offboard employees; manage accounts, licenses, permissions, and device deployment.
• Provision and maintain computers, tablets, printers, and related devices; track assets and licensing.
• Provide on-site and remote support for construction applications (Procore, Sage 300 CRE, TimberScan, etc.)
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, and security issues; reinforce MFA and incident escalation; document recurring problems.
