Job summary
WSI Technologies is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems across customer sites. The role requires field-based work with hybrid arrangements and significant travel to client locations.
You’ll install and configure servers, recording infrastructure, and software, while resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. Strong AD/Exchange skills and ITSM familiarity are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems across desktop and server environments.
- Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure WSI systems on-site, including servers, applications, and recording infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Document installations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Provide clear communication to customers and maintain service records.
