Job summary

AllSTEM Connections in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and maintain technology systems on construction sites. You will configure network gear, set up printers and projectors, and ensure reliable cellular and internet connectivity for on‑site operations.

You must be comfortable traveling regionally and nationwide, performing hands‑on installation and remote troubleshooting, and documenting field activities for management.

Qualifications

• Experience installing on-site infrastructure, hardware, and equipment.
• Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting wired and wireless network infrastructure (Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with security cameras, access control systems, and construction‑related hardware.
• Strong understanding of internet and cellular connectivity solutions (mobile hotspots, routers, modems, antenna installation).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure on-site infrastructure and devices.
• Set up routers, switches, and access points for reliable on-site networks.
• Install cellular and internet solutions for job site connectivity.
• Travel to construction job sites regionally or nationally.
• Maintain records of installations and issue resolutions.
• Provide ongoing hardware/software support and troubleshooting.
