Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training or professional experience.
• 3+ years of commercial IT support experience in a Windows environment, including remote support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Ability to transfer data to new laptops and support hardware deployment.

Responsibilities

• Windows 11 Tier 1/2 support and issue troubleshooting.
• Stage, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Prepare and provision workstations for new hires, including account setup.
• Support adoption of new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup, VPN access, and wired/wireless configurations.
• Research and recommend IT hardware/software to improve efficiency and security.
• Provide end-user training and guidance to improve productivity.
