Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support by phone, remote access, or on-site visits.
• Set up and support PCs, printers, scanners, phones and endpoint devices.
• Configure network equipment, wireless, video conferencing and telecommunication gear.
• Respond to IT issues including hardware, software and networking.
• Maintain logs of repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Assist IT Operations Manager with quality improvement initiatives.
• Consult with vendors/clients to update company technology.
