Job summary

Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring across the United States. The position is onsite at Montague Warehouse in North Charleston, SC.

You will assist with troubleshooting, system administration tasks, and remote/desk-side IT support for VA employees and contractors. Required: 2+ years in IT support or 8 years equivalent, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and eligible for Public

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
• Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Government with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
• Provide remote and desk-side technical support and diagnose IT issues.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts and interfacing with software apps.
• Maintain Active Directory and system accounts; support network services.
