Job summary

Accenture Flex in Houston, TX is seeking an on-site IT support professional to provide end-user and technical support for PCs, laptops, and devices.

You will install software, troubleshoot issues, and assist with datacenter tasks while working closely with vendors and internal teams. This role requires a basic IT background and a willingness to learn, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of IT support experience.
• At least 6 months of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide workplace and end user IT support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide friendly, customer focused support to end users.
• Support walkup IT desks or kiosks, when required.
• Asset and Service Management: update asset and CMDB records and handle tickets in ITSM systems.
